How much time are y'all spending in the gym for weights?
I shoot for 7 days/week but usually get like 5 or 6.. one hour.
How many ways can y'all think of to increase intensity the gym?
Shorter break btwn sets, keep up heart rate.
Try different exercises.
Change up #sets and #reps.
If you are gaining bf AND lean muscle - what do you do in terms of cals?
Maybe drop cals a little. But more importantly, modify the source of cals. Maybe increase protein?
What about bf only??
Decrease daily cals, cardio (preferably 1st in the morning)
Leam mass goes up and fat down??
If thats whats happenin, then keep doing whatever the hell ur doin!

EAT MORE! ..meaning eat larger quantities, AND eat more often

mid-day naps, lack of energy, always feeling fatigued

What roles do supplements REALLY play in light of a sound nutritional program?
maximize results? Nutritional supps give you nutrients that your normal diet doesnt sufficiently provide. I dont know much about other supps. I dont take them, I dont plan on taking them, should I still educate myself on them?
Define DIET.
average American definition: starving yourself for no more than a week, eating salads, carrots, maybe yogurt.. in an attempt to lose pounds fast because you're too damn impatient to follow an EF diet.
EF definition: the types and amounts of food you eat to keep yourself satisfied in terms of your life, your training goals, your body, etc.
Whats your motivation for training at all?
to fuck up anyone who goes against me on the soccer field. to get a hot body that i am satisfied with and that looks smokin in a bikini
DO you train to failure?
yes for about half the time. It depends on how much energy i have in the gym, whether or not i have a good spotter
Should you train to failure?
Yes because thats how you would get the best results.... as long as you give yourself enough time to recover.
