How much time are y'all spending in the gym for weights?
Depend any where for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.

How many ways can y'all think of to increase intensity the gym?
A LOT always something to be tweaked reps sets volume contraction etc...

If you are gaining bf AND lean muscle - what do you do in terms of cals?
Tweak the diet that woild happen to me if I was eating to many carbs or not timing my carbs right.
What about bf only??
That would mean both my diet and training were in the crapper and in need of a serious over haul.
Leam mass goes up and fat down??
The ideal situation everything in my diet and training are working at the point and need to be tweaked only if the progress stops.

I like lifting heavy weights ;) I also like the way it makes me look and feel. Working out is one of the best ways I can think of to blow off steam.

Yes

Should you train to failure?
Me personaly yes that is when I get the best results.

I shoot for 7 days/week but usually get like 5 or 6.. one hour.

How many ways can y'all think of to increase intensity the gym?
Shorter break btwn sets, keep up heart rate.
Try different exercises.
Change up #sets and #reps.

Maybe drop cals a little. But more importantly, modify the source of cals. Maybe increase protein?

Decrease daily cals, cardio (preferably 1st in the morning)

If thats whats happenin, then keep doing whatever the hell ur doin!

fat goes up and lean mass goes down?
decrease cals, lift with more intensity, increase cardio

Both fat and lbm are decreasing?
EAT MORE! ..meaning eat larger quantities, AND eat more often

maximize results? Nutritional supps give you nutrients that your normal diet doesnt sufficiently provide. I dont know much about other supps. I dont take them, I dont plan on taking them, should I still educate myself on them?

Define DIET.
average American definition: starving yourself for no more than a week, eating salads, carrots, maybe yogurt.. in an attempt to lose pounds fast because you're too damn impatient to follow an EF diet.
EF definition: the types and amounts of food you eat to keep yourself satisfied in terms of your life, your training goals, your body, etc.

to fuck up anyone who goes against me on the soccer field. to get a hot body that i am satisfied with and that looks smokin in a bikini

DO you train to failure?
yes for about half the time. It depends on how much energy i have in the gym, whether or not i have a good spotter

Should you train to failure?
Yes because thats how you would get the best results.... as long as you give yourself enough time to recover.
