I'm trying to write this while Anthrax's graphic guy is beating bloody on the keyboard. LOL So f*cking funny!
Anyway ....
(1) I take melatonin. Not sure if it works directly, but I sleep very well.
(2) Exced PM works like a charm.
(3) Exercise would keep me awake, so I don't do that.
(4) Any pain killer like Ultram has a seditive effect and puts me under.
(5) Never tried the bath and tea, but sounds inviting.
From what I've read, the key to a good sleep is a routine ... some pre-quiet time, night wear, darkened room, comfortable bed, going to bed the same time.... And having peace of mind. I've used simple meditation and by the time I'm on the beach in Hawaii, I'm asleep.
