I apologize if this has been posted before, but this is probably the best tasting natural peanut butter out there. I've been eating Smucker's ANPB for quite some time, but I was wondering what you guys think of this Skippy brand as an alternative.
Smucker's Natural ingredients: Peanuts, Salt
2 tbsp serving:
210 calories
Total Fat: 16g
Sat Fat: 2.5g
Total Carbohydrate: 6g
Fiber: 2g
Sugar: 1g
Protein: 8g
-----
Skippy Natural ingredients:Roasted peanuts, sugar, palm oil, salt.
2 tbsp serving:
180calories
Total Fat: 16g
Sat Fat: 3.5g
Total Carbohydrate: 6g
Fiber: 2g
Sugar: 3g
Protein: 7g
------
Skippy has 30 less calories, 2g more sugar and 1g less protein.
The question is would there be any 'significant' reason why Skippy should be avoided when bulk/cutting?
FYI: Currently I am in the process of bulking to ~180 lb then start my cut.
