SDH Day 11- Birthday workout
3 sets rear delt
3 sets face pulls
Weighted pull-up/chin-up:
40-5x5--add 5lbs
Strict Press: full ROM (down to chest)
135-5--4-5-4-4
DB Row: (up to 95)
90-10-9-9
DB Low incline Neutral:
80-12 (Pr)-10
85- 3x fail getting up.
SLDL:
240-1x5
235-2x5-hitched last one so stopped
Leg Press-close stance superset wide
360-3x10-10
Reverse BB Lunge:
75-2x6
Jump rope/towel chins
80x12 incline was a PR. Weighted pull-up was a PR. SLDL at 240 was a PR. The DB Row I tried to keep as strict as possible. OHP is finally moving again- dropping the weight and going full rom without any leg drive worked.
