Well, when I was a kid, I never thought I'd eat tuna out of a can, either. Maybe if you grate the potato and eat it on a salad, or something. I've never tried it, though, and don't plan on doing it anytime soon, either.
man raw potatoes? i did that for a bet once, never again man ugh. Though tuna out of a can isnt bad man, especially if you want a prot, and fat meal and you get the tuna in olive oil kind. Press out the extra oil though
by "my end over mad her"
some simple carbs do not spike insulin
and some complex do
so i dont think that it really matters if you go by
complex and simple, more you should go by the glycemix index of
each food , perhaps...am i wrong?
The gi rating of a food isnt the end all for deciding on eating or not eating it. you should not just go by this rating, sure it has its uses and i too use it frequently but dont fare blind on this aid.
But my original advice was kind specific for a cutting fase. When i cut i just try to avoid ALL the simple carbs. When i am allowed some carbs i had rather have some complex ones which will benefit me for longer then some simples.
