blood drinker was right, some guys got it some don't. I am the asshole you hate. I do one exercise for traps and they bust out of any shirt. I have gone weeks without directly training them and they always look good. Here's my grim reality: No matter how much I diet or do abs, my stomach LOOKS LIKE SHIT. I'd give anything to have a six pack. But, I have to work incredibly hard just to have a 3 pack. I do everything I"m supposed to but no six pack. So look at it that way, someone probably thinks your ______ is/are awesome and would give anything to have it.
Heavy barbell shrugs is the only direct trap work I do.
4X6-8. I use straps cuz I'm not concerned with strength but with size. After the fourth set, I do strip sets. Looks like this: 4th set-405. Strip off 2 45s. Do a set immediately. Then strip off 2 more, do a set immediately. You get the picture.
