I just lost 30lbs in 4 weeks. Not from a crash diet but I gave birth 4 weeks ago. I am 15lbs away from my goal "weight". I hate using weight as a guidance so I am two sizes away from my prepregnancy pants. I just went back to the gym this week and had 2 very good workout sessions. I feel great and even starting to look great.
