can any one put me in the right direction of any easy to follow diet plans,i have read lots on the guide lines on cutting i just want a plan to follow. thanks peeps
There is no easy way to cutting bro and that applies to the research. What works for one person could entirely backfire with you, reason why plans MUST be personal. Doing somebody else diet is a big NONO.
