Show me how you guys eat 6000-7000 cals ED

How do you do it?? What do you eat? (And still getting 5-600 grams of protein)

I wanna give it a shot for a month or two. As clean as Possible. With maybe the occasional ice cream sandwich here or there.:p
The hitch is, I dont eat veggies, yogurt, yams/sweet potatoes, or eggs. Those are the big ones I will NOT eat. Pretty much anything else. Milk, wheat pasta, oats, lots of olive oil, beef, chicken, ect..ect..

I dont care if theres alot of complex carbs in there. Just wanna keep it as clean as I can.
 
I'd like to know as well.... I'm on a 4000 calorie per day clean bulk right now and I can tell you that about 2500 of that comes from weight gainer shakes.

If it was a dirty bulk 6000-7000 is cake. I just don't know how its possible to do that much while eating clean.
 
Here is an example. I couldn't do it with all whole foods. Key is carb powders, protein powders, liquid egg whites in shakes, etc.

It's a great tool, and it's free. You can track your progress and calculate everything really easy. Their pre-existing database is great, but you can add your own foods. It's really awesome

Its so funny how warped our brains can get once you get into bodybuilding. I'm with sonic, to me the dirty bulk would be horrible for me, I'd feel like I'm letting myself go. Show that dirty bulk diet to just about any college student and they'd be like... "Dood how do you eat so healthy"
 
Why would you want to consume 6000-7000 cals?

I just hit 275 lbs. Actually it kinda crept up on me. So now, I think I wanna try for 300 lbs.

I just started downing a cup or two of whole wheat pasta with most meals yesterday. That shouold help alot. The only real "garbage" I eat is ice cream sandwiches. I eat a few a day. Other than that its protein shakes, red meat, or chicken. have been trying to avoid carbs and take in alot of good fat. I eat alot of olive oil.
 
i was clearing 7000 cals for abour 6 months then i upped to 8000 cals for 2 months. i do not do it any more i am eating 3000-4000 do to my inlarged heart. drinking tons of whole milk all day long will add up the cals quick. so does penut butter. my concern would be the no veggies. the greens are a must. you need them.

as far as growth goes if you get yourself to the point where you can digest that much (it can be done) and you are on enough gear to raise protein synthesis enough and use slin to shuttle the nutrients around you are at the top of your game and growth will be at its highest.

as far as health goes you are beating the piss out of your body. its not made to work so hard all the time. with me my heart was unable to keep up and it grew on me. that is verry dangerous. i would have died if i wasnt getting checked by the doc every few wks. my body cant handle the beating i put on it plus carry the extra 100lbs of mass that was the result of the beating. thats not the only risk, there are lots of them. these diets that tripple the rda and more are never healthy no matter how hard you try you are still putting more stress on your body than it is built to withstand. keep that in mind when you play around with your diet. its not just steroids that carry the risks, its the whole lifestyle.

yeah thats it. we just wanted to be fat asses. all the muscle that came with the little bit of fat was just an unwanted side. some people want to be freaks, others want to carry a six pack all year and stay pretty small. it all depends on what you are after.

Bulking is really hard work.... can't wait until I go on my cut.

there are digestive aids out there that will help with this. also eating the veggies and fats at the right times. carbs are the biggest helper. if you can work some simple carbs into your meals and cut a little of the complex out you will digest your food faster.

i used to eat 10-11 meals per day. every other meal was small and every other meal was big. i kept most of the fats in the small meals along with most of the simple carbs. the veggies where in the big meals.
 
I'm only 180 and was tought to start out trying to get in 4000 clean cals a day. Took a few weeks for my body to adjust. One thing I will input is your not bulking without MILK. That one thing is what helps me reach 4000 every day. I go through 5 gallons a week and drink 2 glasses, which is roughly 4 cups, a meal.

nice lol. actually my stats at my biggest where 31 yo 5'5'' 278lbs at 21% bf

i would consider a wannabuilder to be someone who would not understand the differences between body types and they asume that keeping lean all year round would be the best for everyone. like 1/2 of the top bb'ers in the world do. the other 1/2 of the worlds best must not know what they are doing. or someone who thinks that because some book or website tells everyone they need these exact number of each macro to reach their goals it must be right.

i got news for you im still eating 1k over fit days cals for me to gain and guess what im dropping fat like crazy. im losing some mass to but im trying to. have you considered that maybe their may be more to diet than you understand before you act like you do?

i would think that someone thats been around for a while would know that this is not an acceptable way to act here.

Myself, whoever had the sumo comment.....I'm 6'0" 275 @ around 15-16%

So yeah Joe D, I was just thinking of trying it for the next cycle in a "blitz" kind of way. Like just a 6 week cycle. and only run the diet for 6 weeks while on. Like
1-6 250mg sust EOD
1-6 50-75 mg Dbol ED
1-6 450-600mg deca wk (yes the deca is worth 6 weeks)

i think you need to figure out how you are going to make use of the added nutrients. the gear is the part that makes you need more or able to use more but you still have the problem of moving these nutrients from your mouth to your muscles it wont happen by itself especially if it isnt a gradual adjustment.

You know, I didnt take that into consideration. Maybe I will just go with 5000 cals instead of 6 or 7000.
I really dont have any reason to use slin(which im sure would help). I mean for my purposes anyways. My father and grandmother were diabetic. Neither needed shots, just pills. (both were over weight by 40 lbs) But I really dont wanna fuck with it as tempting as it is.

both smart choices. i would look into digestive enzimes if you arent already using them.
 
theres no reason to jump so high (8000 cals) right away. if youre gaining at 5000 calories a decent amount of mass, then the added calories would go to mostly fat. when you hit a wall is when you should add another 500-700 cals, that way, you can always move forward. if you eat 8000 cals and you hit a plateau, then you gotta eat even more. a good way to keep the calories high and clean would be what joe d suggested. to mix simple carbs with complex, mixing brown rice with white rice. pasta is pretty calorie/ carb dense. you dont have to go with whole wheat pasta, regular white pasta is a low gi, complex carb.
