Shoulder pain how to fix

I have shoulder pain on my right shoulder because I only do chest day 1 day and shoulders the next day and chest day then shoulder day and so forth.

I read I have to add in pulling exercise/lower trap to solve this shoulder pain. Does that sound reasonable? Do you have any other tips to prevent the shoulder pain?

So are you one of those guys that doesn't know he has legs also?
Your body has to have rest periods in order to recover from any tearing that has taken place during a routine.
Get something that resembles a better routine and that might help.

the best way is to take time off and use some ostarine mk and tb500 to recovery imo

are you doing a cycle, we going to see a LOG journal?

i once had an ortho tell me that 50% of us who weight train have shoulder injuries

the reasons are simple

poor mobility and flexibility + weight training tears up the shoulders

plus we tend to over train shoulders anyway

my advice is take 2 months from the gym and go to hot yoga to increase mobility and flexibility. then when you come back change how you train. i would stop military and incline presses completely

you can't fix it without rest and peptides. domestic supply has good peptides, look at BPC

If you are just a regular gym dude training to look good, you don't even have to train shoulders directly. You hit them plenty on your other days. Be very careful as shoulders are super easy to injure and tough to recover from. Do not train through pain or injury.

The most common reason for hurting shoulders after the gym is incorrect weightlifting. If your shoulders are hurting after weightlifting, you could have sustained shoulder micro-injuries. Weightlifting puts immense stress on your shoulder joint, which is the least stable in the body due to its great flexibility. stretch, hold your right hand out in front of your body, keeping it near the waist. Then reach the left hand behind the elbow while pulling the right arm to the left and across the chest. Lower the arm until the pain lessens. Hold in this position for 30 to 50 seconds and then release

I personally would have a doctor look into the shoulder pain to determine what is causing the pain. You will most likely have to do some physical therapy and try 2 different types of over the counter pain meds, and get a cortisone shot. Now any of these processes could solve your issue, but if the cortisone takes away the pain the odds are the pain will be back, maybe a couple years down the road, but it will come back. Ultimately what you are looking to push the doctor to do is get an MRI of the shoulder if their initial X-ray does not actually point to a skeletal issue. In the MRI they can look at tendens and muscles for rips and tears. If the MRI shows a small tear then it may be able to heal on its own with rest and physical therapy. My rotator cuff tendon was torn over 50% and I had a small bicep tendon tear in the same area so surgery was the best option.

Ultimately without going to your doctor and trying to follow bro medical advice you are potentially going to have months of additional pain and gym set backs. All the bro PT and stuff does not count towards satisfying the insurance company that you have tried certain things prior to getting the expensive MRI.
