OHP explosion style 5x5 @ 175 good weight ( pr is 185x5 1RM is 265, i never do more then 5 reps on this exercise, same with power cleans)

Military 1/2 reps w/ DB 2x8 @ 45 each hand

Front Plate Raise 2x8 @ 45

EZ bar curl 5x5 @ 85

Hammer GRip Curl 2x8 @ 65

Incline DB curl 3x8 @ 30 each hand

Incline Skull Crushers 5x5 @ 85

OH Tri extension w/ DB 2x8 @ 60

One hand push down 2x8 @ 40

abs and obliques at the end

I had a nice pump going by the end of the workout, wish I had more to do :D
