The gym was closed on forth of july so i had to improvise. I went to my shed and did pullups on the rafters and told myself i wasnt leaving until i did 50. well it took me about 45 minutes and my lats, not to mention the rest of my back is still hurting today, 3 days later
so should i still try to bench press today? Or should i wait until my back feels better and i can get a good workout?
