Lookin awesome! I"m kinda thinkin' all you might need is a little o' the shiny stuff prior to show time--- find out of there will be expeditors back stage - I've been at shows where there will be someone there w/ a terrycloth mitt covered in PAM to pat you down pre-show or else you can bring your own. Almond oil is also good. The plus w/ pam is that you don't get it all over the floor which always seems to lead to some poor slob wiping out on the floor...

I bought a small can of PAM for the show. I had butter flavored here at home, but figured I might attract a lot of hungry people if I smelled like butter. :D lolol

I've been going to this same gym since October of last year and just now noticed an autographed picture of Frank Zane on the wall. Personalized - made out to the gym owner. It's on the wall above the cable cage. Doing 30 reps gives me more time to look at stuff, I guess. :nerd: duh.

My ass hurts. :D the lower part of my ass - where it meets my hammys. All this uphill treadmill stuff must be working it's magic on my bum.

Diet's not as bad as I though it would be. I've been busy, so it keeps my mind of cheeseburgers and pizza. (mmmmm. pizza.) I'm thirsty, though. I drink my PM workout water in the Sauna. Makes the 15 minutes more bearable. lol I carry around a salt grinder with sea salt in it, and get weird looks in the locker room when I twist it a could of times and throw back some salt. Old women whispering behind their hands at me. ("she's crazy. and really tan.") lolol

ok, I'm babbling. time for bed. nighty, nighty.

bodyspace is kind of cool. You can post your goals, progress (it tracks measurements, weight, bf) and uses the same kind of gallery that EF does.

I cruised the forums a bit, and my general feeling is that there is a lot more knowledge on EF. We have a very strong women's forum compared to most boards. :heart:

actually I was there a couple of days only before I found the love at this site. I found the women here to be much more responsive and supportive!! By far!!!

it's a different atmosphere. We're lucky here to have knowledgeable and nice (not always a combination) people who are willing to help. Plus - women and AAS is still a pretty taboo subject, and BB.com is very "naturally" oriented. It's understandable. They allow minors to post there and kids are allowed to have their own bodyspace page.

hence, the "no crack" rule. :D

Shadow. Mellisa Detwiller is asking me about a-dex. she's been told that it will not work on a woman - useless to take. Obviously, this is not the case - and I gave her my experience with it. She's getting her info from Dave Palumbo.

Your rump is looking much finer these past few days, especially the transition from glute over to leg biceps. With your "before and after" shots you could probably retro-actively endorse any product you wished to profit from.

POST MENOPAUSAL women, (who by definition no longer produce estrogen from their ovaries), DO PRODUCE a small amount of estrogen from aromatization of ADRENAL ANDROGENS in their bodies. Even though it's a very small amount, in a post menopausal woman who has a breast tumor that's responsive to estrogen, DOCTORS like to give these women arimidex or femara to rid the body of every last drop of estrogen. UNLESS a woman is taking testosterone, dbol, or anadrol, there's no reason to use arimidex (it's useless)..... NOLVADEX is the gold standard!

You can take in another TOTAL OF 12 OUNCES OF WATER THROUGH THE ENTIRE DAY....that makes 60 OUNCES TOTAL FOR THE ENTIRE DAY

This is also the first time I've ever deprived myself of fluids. It kinda sucks. :D It would be a great torture method. I wonder if the CIA force feeds people rice cakes and then witholds water? I bet they do....

I'm going to have a nap and then find a grocery store. I need more rice cakes (lol), sweet potatoes, jam & water - and whatever Jeff's eating. They have a gym in the hotel - Jeff's going to use it and I'll practice posing later.

Wohoo! I'm getting excited for you. The water thing is rough the first time around -- my first show I had to drive across FL in August on like 12 oz of water for the day. I kept having visions of crossing the desert like you see when you fly over AZ, except on foot. OMG. YOu can even see where I was chewing the insides of my cheeks in my show pix. LOL!. Check w/ shadow on the option to chew some gum if that helps you from chewing on yourself like that. The only stinker w/ chewing gum tho is that you suck it dry so fast its like a little clump of stuff after a short period of time.... And watch your water intake between the morning & night shows so you don't get bloated for the night show (personal experience.. not good).

And let the fun begin! Its all you girl. The work is done and its time STRUT!

so. I just wanted to tell ya'll I've arrived in San Diego. Smells like the ocean, which makes me hungry for seafood. I think Sunday, we'll drive to the bay and eat some. :)

Also - I don't think I've ever eaten so many rice cakes in my entire life. lol Not complaining, mind you. I've just never really given rice cakes a second glance. ;) They're pretty good, but it could be because I've been carb deprived. lol Everything looks pretty good right now.
