We went out to breakfast on Sunday morning and ran into one of the judges - a pro-bodybuilder who judges all the west coast NPC events and national events for John Lindsay.

He told me that it was so close. If I'd have come in leaner, I would have won, no problem. I asked him if there was anything else I could improve on - and he told me that besides adding muscle to be able to compete at a higher level - no. He said my symmetry was great. Just work on building my upper body and keeping my legs in check. lol

well congrats hon.....seeing as you haven't come to C&C at all today to accept your accolades, I'll do it here....<sniffle sniffle>
LOL, you looked awesome........and that was just your first comp....wow!!! K for you!

Much love girl.... You looked fantastic, you owned the stage! You have found your niche. :rose:

oh... who made your suit? I'm looking for next year.
I did. :D

I bought a suit from cherry bombs and put my own sparklies on it. Total cost = $65.

I bought the crystals from wal-mart - believe it or not. They have the flat back kind with adhesive on them. Buy a wood burner tool for $9.00 and use it to apply each crystal. the stuff on the back melts an it sticks to the suit. Crystals were $9.00 for 200. Wood burner tool = $9.00 Suit was from http://www.cherrybombs.net/ . I bought a black velvet suit that had gold/silver glitter on it.

I think the price of suits is outrageous. It already costs a damn fortune to compete. If you're doing figure and need a one piece, I could see where you'd need to have one fitted for your torso - but you could still get a plain one and decorate it yourself. It took me maybe 3 hours to decorate it. Now that I now what I'm doing, it will take less time.

I think we wear the same size bra - I ordered a XL top and a small bottom. You might need an XS bottom.

TSO that is awesome...

Frisky your suits were gorgeous though

TSO I really liked what you did with yours... everything just clicked

Fantastic news!!!

That is exactly what we wanted to present - a symetrical, lean package.

......I wonder how many shows the other girl has been in.

Getting leaner in the legs gets easier each time out.

So....I have thought it over and I am going to let you decide where to go next.

If you want some time off from competition and let the diet get a bit loose and focus on mass - then we will do that.

If you want to do another show in 3-4 months...I think that is dobale as well.

I think that hitting a later summer/early fall show is the way to go for you, but I will of course, help you to do whatever you choose.

This was just the first step....

I checked out the pics in the link that was provided by Flo. On the other girls comp history, it listed 2 others. And I think the other girl looked OLD. As in skin complexion old. Eww!
