Ok Kiddo.
Diet for TOMORROW(Thursday)
REALLY SIMPLE:
6 meals -
3-4 oz chicken breast(PLAIN - NO SALT OR ANY FLAVORINGS - JUST A BIT OF OLIVE OIL)
Enough of those rice cakes to make 60-65 grams of carbs PER MEAL
8 Ounces of water per meal.
You can take in another TOTAL OF 12 OUNCES OF WATER THROUGH THE ENTIRE DAY....that makes 60 OUNCES TOTAL FOR THE ENTIRE DAY
the only activity tomorrow is posing.....at your discretion
LOL - my DSL was MIA today...but Jumbo Palumbo....lol
Dave has intresting things to say regarding prep...I will say that you are most DEF on the right track in why it would be better for you than Melissa....as well as the newer literature that suggest that deca(anadrolone DOES have some estrogenic activity - previously thought to be more progesteronic in nature).
