30 minutes treadmill 15 incline = 315.

I have giant blisters on both heels. I can't get rid of them. (they showed up when I started doing incline...) I've been taping them, but can't seem to get them to go away.

I'm going to dig out my old pair of running shoes tomorrow and wrap both feet with tape + ace bandages. After cardio, I'm going to come home and walk around barefoot so those puppies will dry out.

If anyone has any other suggestions, please feel free to add them.
