ok. after reading Tre's post about the hot stuff and my bowels (lol) I looked in my fridge and BAM. I had Thai Chili Sauce in that sucker. Extremely close in ingredients, so I gave it a try. Worked like a charm after both meals, and tasted awesome. The brocolli is helping, too. I'm regular again!!!
My hammysglutes are SORE. I'm trying to think back to when they weren't sore and can't remember.
I napped for about an hour at 4. I'm not a good napper. If I hit the pillow, I need to stay there for the rest of the night. Some people can nap for 20 minutes and feel refreshed. Not me.
As usual, tho. When I got to the gym, I felt much better. My gym has magical, powers.
