I do a lot of running on a hard rubber indoor track my golds by has and now Ive got some shin splints on the inner area of my lower leg bone above my ankles. Anyone know what to do about this? thanks
I have done absolutely everything...nothing works...something that tool the pain away was actually running a golf ball up and down my shins to take some of the pressure away...then Ice them...I stay away from running because I'm a 250lbs guy...that doesn't help...I use the elliptical and that thing changed my life
