I am on my 9th day of Mr X's shift diet. Lost 6lbs and looking much better. I have been the same weight since last day of stage 2 (5 days ago), I have done stage 3 for 4 days as stated and due to carb -up tomorrow.
? - Is there any reason why my weight has not reduced for the last 5 days? I have checked 2/3 times a day to ensure still in ketosis and have not come out of it to my knowledge & not cheated.
? - I found it really difficult to keep to diet at weekends can I prolong ketosis until Sat (an extra3 days) and carb up on Sat instead of tomorrow? Then I can continue the diet as per your manual with carb ups every Sat? or do you not recommend this?
