Seven days of workout , 3 days Weight and 4 days cardio is it over kill?

Hi,

i have been gyming for couple of years on and off. i am 172 cm and weigh about 78 kgs , i need to lose about 10 kgs of fat and put on about 2 kgs of muscle in next 2 months. i am planning on doing 3 day weight training and 4 day swimming routine alternate basis (i have bad knee and cant do anyother form of cardio)

am i over killing my self by folling this routine and is there a negative result if i do shoulders one day and next day do swimming as both use shoulders extensively .

Please advice
 
well i know swimming is more on the endurance side of things, but im to sure how endurance activities affect strength based activities.
