3 pieces stuffed crust american supreme - pizza hut :)

m2: 2 pieces lc ww toast w/anpb
m3: 5 whites/1 yolk, 2 pieces lc ww toast w/blue bonnet
m4: homemade 100% whole grain tortilla chips, homemade salsa
m5: protein pudding

no weights/no cardio

wow....so no food pre workout huh? i think i would get sick!

you should prob throw down a small shake or something b/c your body is already in a catabolic state when you wake up....then lifiting with just caffeine in you...hmmm....

good workout though!

I usually try to have a carb before legs .... whatever time of day it is, but today I was just ready to rock I guess. Can't drink shakes anymore - I'll get sick for sure :(
