you should prob throw down a small shake or something b/c your body is already in a catabolic state when you wake up....then lifiting with just caffeine in you...hmmm....

I usually try to have a carb before legs .... whatever time of day it is, but today I was just ready to rock I guess. Can't drink shakes anymore - I'll get sick for sure
