I've been hitting calves 3-5x a week while I'm at work. I just do my bodyweight for 3-4 sets of 50. It's WORKING!!!! Got veins poppin' out of my calves now!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!! (I'll get a pic soon)
I've been doing them this way for a couple of months now. I can't just work them with heavy weight once or twice a week because that doesn't work for me. My calves are stubborn and hard to grow! lol
