Wow - this is good stuff! How long/how many weeks have you been doing this? Calves are tough for me, but I can manage @ work, easily!

I've been doing them this way for a couple of months now. I can't just work them with heavy weight once or twice a week because that doesn't work for me. My calves are stubborn and hard to grow! lol
