Not caffiene free......but ephedra free.......Lord knows I can't go off both! lol

When I take B5, I use a diuretic. I hold water from B5 :rolleyes:
 
I made the best gains ever since going off ephedra products altogether. Kian mentioned something in one of his older posts on how anabolism is much harder when ephedrine is occupying your receptors. And the lack of insulin as well.

So far, I'm really not missing it much so that very well be what I'll do too. Nelms has been yelling at me for a long time to drop it.

Well, when I was reading about it at first, I didn't see much about bloat. BUT....after a week of "loading" B5 I started to see it. So I dug a little deeper and found that it CAN cause bloat. As of yesterday, I'm done with the B5.

I went off of it all last week and was looking pretty lean. Went back on at the beginning of this week and I'm bloated again........nope, not gonna' do it anymore.

All that time I thought I just couldn't live without it and then I hit a wall. I was tired of feeling hyped up all the time - usually that's when I go off and stay off for long periods of time - which would be NOW! lol

Not missing it at all! :twirl:

Gotcha... So curious why were you taking B5 anyway? I don't know anything about B5 loading.
