m1: Pumpkin cranberry protein muffin
m2: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup shredded wheat
m3: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli
m4: 1 1/2 scoops protein, few cranberries and walnuts
m5: 4-5 oz shrimp, lettuce, mushroom, onioin
m6: 4 egg whites, 1/2 oz almonds
