Sarms1 Ostarine (MK-2866) Log

keep working as hard as you are and you will continue to lean out... wait until you add gw to the stack bro... you are really going to see some enhanced results!

I think I'm sitting around 5-6% bodyfat right now haha I need to get my friend to do a bodyfat test on me I'm curious as to what I'm at presently. No doubt GW would be a rule breaker on what it means to be in shape! Sick cardiovascular benefits that's for sure.

Damn thats awesome bro. Get some pics of your shreddedness for us ;)

Damn man! I've never been able to (or had the desire really) to get under 7-8%......that's awesome, great work. Sarms1 for the win!

No doubt, bro! I've been busting my ass even more since I've been on cycle. I'm at least 7% right now but it's hard to tell cuz my vascularity has become ridiculous I've been doing posing workouts at night sometimes just to see what kind of results I've gotten so far haha.

Monday-Day 35

Today was strength! I am still pretty sore from the following week especially from the heavy squats on Friday but FUCK THAT SHIT. I gotta stay on dat beast mode grind so I got in a pretty good workout...and it was Monday too which is usually both non-productive and frustrating. Little bit of CNS fatigue always lingers after the weekend but that's to be expected after working late and working out 6 days a week. Here was the workout:

Warm up: 5 min jog

Workout

Wendler programming for power cleans(Week 1): 5@135, 5@155, 5(or more)@185
135: 5
155: 5
185: 10

Rest 2 min

Reverse leg curls w/Swiss ball: 3x10 (Rest 1 min)

Flat back front lever(60 sec total): 40,20

Death by pullups(EMOM): 2,4,6,8,10 (Way too easy)

Calf holds-5:00 total hold time

Cooldown: 5 min invisible jump rope

I'm so tired! Power cleans were tough no doubt about it.

5-6% bodyfat ;) damn bro, add Cardarine (GW-501516) to that and you have a winning formula, Mr. Olympia level of bodyfat (under 4%).

That would be craziness. If I could look anything like Frank Zane I would be happy he won Olympia and weighed like 185 haha. Such a beast.

honestly the cardio vascualar effects of this product are far away the most beneficial to my goals .better workouts and my cardio has went through the roof.Whoever disclaims this, is missing the boat on this product

No doubt. I can't wait to run GW and MK together.

you should run the triple stack bro... here is the stack...

1-8 Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m. SARMS1.COM - The best Selective androgen receptor modulators
1-8 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m. SARMS1.COM - The best Selective androgen receptor modulators
1-8 GW-510516 10-20 mg day... split doses 12 hours apart SARMS1.COM - The best Selective androgen receptor modulators
1-8 HcGenerate n2bm.com
1-8 N2guard n2bm.com
1-8 Liquidex n2bm.com
3-8 Albuterol 12-18 mg day ag-guys.com

Mini pct 9-12

Hcgenerate ES n2bm.com

I got down to 7% at one point but I had no strength or energy.

Same here man, I wouldn't want to get under about 8-10% again unless it was on cycle where I've got lots of hormones and energy going. I was just dead tired, lethargic, and couldn't think all day every day when I was that lean.

But shit if you can get down there and still feel good that's awesome!

No doubt. I can't wait to run GW and MK together.

I'm running Sarms1 GW and MK right now and I'm already loving it and I'm just working my way into week 3........cant wait to see some serious results once I get through this kicker week.

Would definitely recommend you try that next. Or just say fuck it and go for the triple stack

Tuesday-Day 36

Yesterday was supposed to be conditioning but this Tuesday was the second week I worked out with my friend at his gym. Also got my body fat done! According to the Pirelli method I'm sitting at 8.35% Not as low as I thought I would be but like I said it's difficult to tell when I have spider veins everywhere haha. Here was the long, ballin' ass workout I did.

Warm up: 5 min jog

Workout

Deadlift: 5@225, 5@315, 5@365, 3@385 (bar is welded so doesn't spin worth a damn ha) (Rest 3 min)

Goblet squats: 30,20,10@53,70,105#(48 kg)

One-leg box jumps@28"(20# vest): 3x5 (Rest 2 min)
One-leg box jumps@28"(bodyweight): 3x10

Handstand holds on parallettes: 2 x 1:00 (Rest 1 min)

Strict muscle ups(bodyweight): 3x5 (Rest 2 min)

Farmer's carry: 2x4 lengths of gym@44 kg/side (Rest 1 min)
Farmer's carry front rack: 2x2 lengths@44 kg/side

Cooldown: 5 min invisible jump rope

After this workout I was worn out!

Wednesday-Day 37

Yesterday was strength! Pretty worn down since I've been hitting it hard 6 days/week but it'll be worth it in the end and I took it relatively easy. Also went to my consultation appointment for my wisdom teeth and they took my blood pressure. 108/64! 120/80 is normal so I guess that means I'm in pretty good shape. Not sure what my resting pulse or heart rate is though but I would imagine it's around 60. Here was the workout:

Warm up: 5 min jumping jacks

Workout

Bench press: Warm up 135x10, 8x3 on the min@175(bodyweight) **Supposed to be 50-60% 1RM which is approx. 145-155**

Death by thrusters(front squat-to-press)@115 EMOM(every minute on minute): 1-8

(Rest 2 min)

1-leg RDL w/resistance band: 2x20 (Rest 1 min)

Cooldown: 5 min invisible jump rope

I was shooting for 10 rounds for the thruster ladder but I forgot that I had done heavy deads and 60 goblet squats on Tuesday so that's what I get for being memory-impaired ha. Bench went well even though my left shoulder has not been feeling very stable. I always do close-grip bench since I have long arms and close-grip puts more emphasis on the triceps which is never a bad thing. Nice little strength/conditioning workout for hump day haha.

Thursday-Day 38

Today was conditioning. Apparently I have some sort of sinus or respiratory infection because not only am I coughing a lot but I blew my nose and my snot is neon green haha probably need to take it easy but FUCK THAT. I'll get all the rest I need when I'm dead to be honest. Today's workout was especially tough in regards to the burpees part. You'll see in a sec haha.

Warm up-5:00 jog on treadmill

Workout
Tabata sprints (20 sec work/10 sec rest x 8)
Treadmill was set to 10 mph (6:00 mile pace) with an incline of 1 to counteract the treadmill doing work for you

(Rest 2 min)

Prison workout (what it's actually called haha)
20,19,18...1 of burpees w/25 meters walking between each set of burpees

Time: 25:30

Total: 210 burpees

I was pretty tired and by tired I mean sucking air like I was missing my nose or something haha. I knew I would have to suck it up until I got down to around 10 or 12 and then I would be able to knock them out much more efficiently. I think I need to start increasing the amount of time I warm up too because in cross country my first mile was always my slowest but then I would negative split. It might take a little more to get my heart rate into the range I need it to be when I'm doing aerobic-intensive workouts. Most burpees I've ever done in a workout though! Pretty satisfied with today considering I've never done either of these workouts before. Always room for improvement!

You need to get rest bro and recover. Don't train when you're sick, or you'll get worse.

I would love to run the triple stack once I have enough $$$ to do so.

Friday-Day 39

Today was strength. I didn't really feel like working out today but it's days like that where I really do need to go in and just knock out some reps or practice my technique or something. So I knocked out some back squats and realized I should have stretched my hip flexors yesterday before burpees. Going from the pushup to squat position would've been much easier. Here was the workout:

Warm up: Back squat 135x10

Mobility: External rotation 2 min/side, couch stretch 2 min/side
(Minor lower back pain disappeared instantly)

Workout

DE/activation work(back squat): 10 x 2 on min@225(50-60% 1RM)

Total: 20@225

Rest 2 min

Heavy singles(ass-to-grass): 275, 295, 315, 335, 345, 355! (Rest 1 min) Pr'd on back squat

Cooldown: 5 min invisible jump rope

I pr'd on my back squat going ass-to-grass on all my reps at 225 and the heavy singles! I think I could've gotten 365 but I tweaked a rib muscle on the right side again after I walked 335 out from the rack. Officially have a slightly above double bodyweight squat now. I'm guessing either I need to foam roll my upper back more or I didn't engage my lats enough so something had to give. I re-racked 335, walked around for a minute or 2 and started getting mad and went back and dominated 335 and then rested a minute and knocked out 345 and 355 after that. Probably should have stopped after I tweaked my back but I hung in between sets to help decompress my spine/back which seems to have helped a little bit. Going to bed shortly I am worn out! Light weight baby...ain't nuttin' but a peanut.

400 is some major numbers, good job bro ;)

Thanks, bro. Really want to pull 500 but I'm having my wisdom teeth taken out on Tuesday so those are some days I'm going to have to take it easy. All in good time though I suppose.

how many wisdom teeth are you having pulled? i had all 4 pulled at once and it was banged up pretty bad for a week or so

Monday-Day 42

Today was strength. Still a little sore from tweaking my back on Friday so I just got in some squat cleans and handstand pushups since I won't be able to lift heavy the next few days(getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow). I hope I recover quickly!

Warm up: 5 min invisible jump rope

HSPU from deficit(45 lb bumper plate+25 lb bumper plate): 3x5 (Rest 2 min)

Squat cleans: 3@70%, 3@80%, 3@90% 1RM (235)(Rest 2 min)
=3@165, 3@190, 3@210

PR: 3@210

Cooldown: 5 min boxing

I've never done 3 squat cleans at 210 so that' a little PR I was able to accomplish today. I don't know if it's because I'm starting to get my form down or if I've been deadlifting super heavy but once I got the bar to mid thigh I almost cracked myself in the chin ha. Time to rest I'm gonna be feeling not too good tomorrow around noon. Wish me luck!

I'm glad to see you taking adequate rest days. So many people think that more days of intense workouts = more results but it can be seriously counterproductive if you don't have a good amount of days to just let your body rest and rebuild.

Keep up the good work bro!

I DEFINITELY need rest days especially today after getting my wisdom teeth taken out. And what guys don't realize is that if you train when you're still really sore or have done some killer workouts all you're doing is breaking down muscle. It's during sleep and down time that muscle is being built. Without recovery we ain't got shit!

Trying to upload progress pics on here but all I can do is the url thing for insert image? Any way I can just upload them manually from my computer?

Here are some progress pics finally! One from Nov 15th, one from Dec 8th and the other 3 from Dec 15th.

Saturday-Day 47

Did the noon class at my friend's CrossFit gym today. After getting my teeth out on Tuesday I felt well rested...until the workout which was a 20 min AMRAP that was split up into teams of 3. To those unfamiliar with CrossFit terms, AMRAP stands for "as many rounds as possible" or "as many reps as possible." The workout wasn't difficult but it was my friend, a random guy that probably just started working out and myself. Needless to say my friend and I had to pick up the slack which led to the two of us getting less rest and doing 75-90% of all the reps of the workout ha. I understand that everybody has to start somewhere but it was a little ridiculous for my first workout back after a few days off. Here was the workout:

Warm up: CrossFit plyometric exercises followed by shuttle run

Workout
20 min AMRAP of:
1 length Farmer's carry, bear crawl (up,back) alternated with 15 burpees, 20 air squats, 25 situps
(While one person is performing farmer's carry, bear crawl other 2 partners are completing reps one at a time)

Additional core work after workout
1,2,3,2,1 of: hollow hold while doing V-ups, pushup (resting in top position), air squats(resting in bottom position)

Cooldown: 10 min walking around socializing and catching my breath ha my mouth was throbbing

Went home and spent the next few hours playing league of legends with my friend from the gym and then started getting ready for work. But not before I had enough time to PR on my plank again...by like a minute.

Final time-8:45

It was super shitty for the first 5 minutes but after that I kind of zoned out. Arms were difficult to unbend once I got finished but after that not too bad. I really will get ten minutes soon and it's not like a regular plank is the most amazing thing in the world as far as core exercises or in general but the amount of pain you have to endure really helps with mental toughness. After almost hitting 9 minutes I feel like nothing can phase me physically anymore. And just to put things in perspective the guy that currently holds the world record for a plank or "abdominal bridge" does it for like 2 hours. Fucking insane...the guy is in his 40's or 50s and is a total badass. The record was like 30 minutes before he obliterated it.

Sunday-Day 48

Pretty worn out from working Friday and Saturday and my mouth is still a little bit puffy. Couldn't sleep so I PR'd on my plank again after my friend jokingly said he could do ten minutes.

Final time-10:01

When I said I would get ten minutes soon I thought it would be a couple weeks or something not minutes after I posted Saturday's update ha. Time to go knock out Monday's workout which will include power cleans.

Monday-Day 49

Today was strength. Mouth is still bothering me on my left side but the surgeon said that tooth was coming in sideways so he probably had to dig around before he could get the tooth out. Fun stuff ha.

Warm up: 5 power clean@135

Mobility: 3 min external rotation/side

Workout
Wendler power clean: 5@75%,3@85%, 1(or more)@95% 1RM (Rest 2 min)
Clean: 5@185, 3@210, 4@220 pr'd again!

1-leg box jumps@20": 3x10 (Rest 1 min)
1-leg glute bridges: 2x20 (Rest 1 min)
Bulgarian split squat lunge(bodyweight): 5x10 (Rest 1 min)

Cooldown: 10 min boxing

Pr'd on my cleans again! Wanted to do 225 but had been fasting so strength wasn't the same as far as one rep max but I got 4@220 and just last week I did 3@210. Still getting stronger! And I did a 10 min plank last night so I'm a little sore ha. Conditioning tomorrow.

10 min planks.. lol. Do you just watch movies on your ipod during that time

Nah just really relaxing electro or trance music. I don't think I'd be able to pay attention to a movie while doing one that long I gotta find my happy place haha.

Down to 8.53 from around 10. I look better at 8.5% with ostarine than I did at 6% when I was doing bodybuilding. Granted I'm a little heavier now up to 175 from 166 a few years ago but I'm just as lean with more muscle. I think I'm going to run s4 for my next cycle for 8 weeks. Pumped!

Tuesday-Day Fitty

Today was conditioning. I'm a little tired from power cleans...and I should be! That's the heaviest I've ever gone on those damn things. Today was short and sweet for the sake of my nervous system ha.

Warm up: 25 air squats, 10 pull ups

Workout

1-leg box jumps@24": 3x10 (Rest 1 min)

EMOM(every min on min): 5 ring pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats for 10 min

Pullups: 50
Pushups: 100
Air squats: 150

Cooldown: 10 min boxing

I was shooting for 20-30 rounds of the EMOM part of the workout but I was definitely tired from power cleans on Monday and probably doing a 10 min plank on Sunday night. No sense in trying to force my body to do something it doesn't want to do! I'm sure I'll be able to do the full 20 or 30 rounds another time it's not like I can't go back and crush it when I'm a little more rested. Plus that's a shit ton of reps even for bodyweight. Ring pullups destroy my arms more than any other exercise besides maybe kettlebell swings. Shit!

Wednesday-Day Fitty 1 (51)

Rest. It's Jesus' bday and I ate a lot of homecooked food!

Thursday-Day 52

Today was conditioning. My nose has been running and I can't get it to stop! F- this cold weather I'm already tired of it and the worse part is that there's not even any snow to enjoy! Oh well...this is the last week of my cycle so I gotta finish strong.

Warm up: 5 min jog on treadmill

Workout
3 rds of:
30 sec burpees (averaging 12 burpees)
1 min 1-arm KB swings@53(30 sec per arm avg 12 swings/side)
30 sec shadow boxing
30 sec burpees
1 min 1-arm KB swings
30 sec shadow boxing

(Rest 1 min after each round)

Cooldown: 5 min invisible jump rope

Burpees: 72
1-arm KB swings: 72/side

This workout was only 12 minutes total but I was definitely out of breath. It's misleading because each round is only 4 minutes but the combination of exercises you do require a lot of oxygen. If anything I would say the workout is primarily anaerobic. I was shooting for 4-6 rounds but I'm still a little sore from Monday and Tuesday and there's always room for improvement. Strength tomorrow...I hope everyone had a good Christmas!

Friday-Day Fitty Tree(53)

Today was strength. However, I didn't really go heavy so it was more of a strength recovery workout and I did a core exercise too.

Warm up: 5 min boxing, back squat 135x10

Workout

Flat back front lever(60 sec total): 50,10 **improved 5 sec on this hold**

Back squat(135): 6x10 (Rest 1 min), 4x10 (Rest 30 sec)

1-leg box jumps@24": 3x5 (Rest 1 min)

Cooldown: 5 min boxing

Legs were a little tired after back squats so I didn't do 3x10 for the 1-leg box jumps...those were more for coordination than anything else. 1 min rest between back squats was more than enough so I dropped it to 30 seconds to get a little pump going. Plus, I've been going heavy every week so I gotta give my body a little bit of a rest. Improved my front lever hold to 50 seconds from 43-45. I used to be able to do the full 60 seconds no problem but I haven't been using my gymnastic rings as much as I should be e.g. ring dips, ring pullups, L-sits etc. Every workout can't be a ball buster though! Ha tomorrow should be conditioning but it may be one strength exercise and then something bodyweight afterwards. We shall see...

Looks like great results mate, thank you for taking the time to share this journey with us. After my cutting cycle I'm going to try sarms, maybe the triple stack. I'm not incorporating them into my aas cycle so I can get a good idea of how they work with my body.

Thanks, bro. It has been an awesome 8 weeks running this osta. I will be starting another sarms log on Monday which is convenient because that's when I will be done with the MK. Keep your eyes peeled!

Glad to see you've gotten good results so far my man. Hard work paired with some good supplementation can really have some amazing yield when its implemented correctly.

Nicely done!

Thanks, bro. And I was running something that isn't even known for its standalone properties although I sure did see results and I've been busting my ass! I might become addicted to sarms...in a good way haha. The sense of well-being I get from being on ostarine is something you can't even really put into words...such an awesome product and I won't go anywhere else than sarms1. They are the end all and be all of sarms.

Saturday-Day Fitty Fo (54)

Rest...did a 5:00 plank though for some core!

Plank-5:00

Sunday-Day Fitty Five (55)

Practiced my handstands today. So frustrating I can't quite seem to find my balance but then again my shoulders are pretty tight which isn't helping. Big news tomorrow!

Thanks for the log bro, I got some Ostarine as part of my PCT which is GW & LG. Seeing some good results so far. Legs are a ton stronger and my bench is improving. Still struggling to increas OH press tho. I have started using more variations in rep ranges and load, and I think i will include handstands as well. This is just my 2nd week of strength training on the SARMS.

Thanks! Plenty of time for progress, bro. Handstand pushups really helped with my overhead press strength. And sarms from sarms1 are legit no doubt about it. My ostarine didn't even really kick in until the third week but it increased my strength and endurance. Awesome stuff.

Monday-Day 56

Sorry for the long delay guys. Last few days have been stressful and I worked New Year's Eve so I've been taking it easy all week. Monday was the last day of my ostarine cycle and I am highly satisfied with the results. Here was the little workout I did on Monday.

Warm up: 5 min jog on treadmill, Bench press 135x10, KB swing(53)x25

Workout
2 rounds of: KB swings(53#): 10,15,25,50 alternated w/bench press(185) 1,2,3,4 (Rest 3 min)

Max reps pushups (1 set): 65

Cooldown: 5 min jog on treadmill

KB swings(53): 200
Bench press(185): 20

The toughest part of the workout was just my grip endurance. You wouldn't think bench would require that much grip endurance with a lighter weight but alternating with the kettlebell swings made it very challenging. The pushup max went fairly well although I was shooting for 75 but I did bench right before that and haven't done max pushups in months so I'm not that far off from my goal of 100 consecutive. I may start wearing my weighted vest again just to switch it up. Anyways here is my final summary on the sarms1 Ostarine that Dylan was so nice enough to let me try in exchange for my log on here and on elite fitness. Thanks again, Dylan! You're good people.

Sarms 1 Ostarine
Strength: 10/10 (strength went up even while in fasted state)
Endurance: 9/10 (bodyweight endurance increased, achieved 10:00 plank)
Recovery: 10 (muscle soreness almost nonexistent)
Sense of well-being: 10/10 (mood was greatly enhanced, very positive, very focused and increased concentration)
Vascularity: 9/10 (wasn't even counting on this but experienced striations and spider veins in lower abs, shoulders, biceps, legs etc)
Recomp: 10/10 (dropped to 8.5% BF from 10% at 175 lbs not even dieting strict)
Overall: 10/10

For the price and potency you can't go wrong with ostarine but only if you go through sarms1. Their customer service and efficacy of their products is unrivaled so they will be the only business I go through to purchase my sarms. I highly recommend supporting this new and high integrity-based company.

P.S. I received my BOGO of S4 and GW from sarms1 yesterday. Since ostarine is known for its bridging abilities and I experienced no suppression I started them both...I will begin the log tomorrow :)

Ahhh dude!! I'm so looking forward to my cycle (starting 3rd of November).
Two of my friends, which took S1 Osta for the first time shortly, told me that the stuff is incredible. Much better than the stuff from the previous ordered company (researchsarms.co.uk).

To be honest: how you deal with anabolic substances (especially SARM, which is very new) on american boards, is interesting for people from Europe.
The first time I was suspicious to order from S1 (and it took a long time), because the sharing of information or better said the advertisment on the EVO-/EF-board for SARMS1 are too "aggressive" for "us" (different culture, you know :) ).

But I'm happy, that all the ordered stuff from S1 (and there were a lot of bottles, trust me) made it and the researches can begin soon. Cheers.

lol it is a bit aggressive but its easy to market products that work so well.

When you say 25mg dosage a day. What does that mean exactly, I have a few friends taking this and they say they are taking 0.5mg a day dosage. If 25mg a day was the dosage you would go through a bottle every two days, correct?

What's up guys today is the end of the first day starting my rat on an 8 week cycle of MK-2866 otherwise known as ostarine. I would like to thank Dylan, Baller Extraordinaire, for giving my rat the opportunity to try out a sarm from a relatively new company called sarms1. Seeing as I don't have any experience with sarms I'm very excited to try out a quality product and to see what kind of results my rat can obtain. Since osta is renowned for its ability to act almost exclusively on skeletal muscle with little to no suppression I hope to add some functional muscle to his weaker leg. As the saying goes, "You're only as strong as your weakest link."
Here is some information upfront about my training routine, diet, description of the product etc.

Stats
Height: 5'9"
Weight: approx 172-176
Body fat: consistently<10%
Training routine: Randomized but try to do strength MWF and conditioning T, TR, Sat. Sundays are usually recovery or recovery run for 60-90 min
Training type: Kettlebells, gymnastic ring work, bodyweight, Olympic lifting, randomized circuits, trail runs for speed work/aerobic conditioning, CrossFit etc
Training(in years): 6-7
Diet: Intermittent fasting on conditioning days, high caloric/carbohydrate intake for powerlifts, olympic lifting
Supplements: Beta alanine, ginger, creatine mono, ginkgo biloba, krill oil, probiotic, yohimbe occasionally, HcGenerate once I have $$$
Fluid intake: 1-1.5 gallons of water/day not including food e.g. apples, oranges etc

Sarms1
Product: Ostarine (MK-2866)
Shipping: HIGHLY IMPRESSED. Was shipped out on Thursday and arrived at my house Saturday afternoon around 330. Outstanding, sarms1! Simply outstanding. Speedy shipping is highly underrated in my opinion especially concerning sarms.
Benefits: Added lean muscle, recomp, *endurance, good for PCT etc.
Dosage: 25 mg ED in AM for 8 weeks (sarms1 osta=50 mg/ml@30 ml)
Taste: Bleh...

My workout today was fairly easy considering I did 45 handstand pushups and 400 air squats on Friday. My legs are still not functioning which has made going up and down steps hazardous haha. The workout is as follows:

KB clean-and-press (C&P)@53#: 3 ladders of 1-4/side (w/1 min rest in between ladders)
The purpose of this workout is just to increase pressing and unilateral strength with the kettlebell. I usually alternate the clean-and-press exercise with bodyweight pullups but I couldn't get to the gym today so I had to free ball it with one of my kettlebells I keep at my house in case I'm cramped on time.

Obviously my rat hasn't felt anything from one day of osta but I can't wait 'til it kicks in. I'd once again like to thank Dylan for letting my rat try out this fantastic product and appreciate any and all who will be following this log. Hurry up and work, sarm! :D
