Sarms1 Andarine (S-4) & Cardarine (GW-501516) Log

Thanks Steve, I've been running since a young age and it has always stuck. Even though my times are not anywhere close to some who compete regularly in 10ks and 13.1 or 26.2mi runs, they are ok for me.

The GW I believe has helped some, even 2 days before starting I did a competition that had me on my feet running/ walking 20 miles, so my distance and times are skewed a little this week.

They are def still going to improve

best believe gw is helping you! the stuff is amazing.. your endurance will reach levels its hasnt been since a teenager

Did a quick workout this morning, mainly pushups and sit-ups but I decided to hit the Hammer Strength Flat bench. I had no intentions of maxing out, but here are the results.

135x20, 225x10, 275x10, 315x10, 365x5, 405x3, 435x1, 315x10, 225x10, 135x10

Once, again I had no intentions of maxing, if so I would have stayed at lower reps, all reps where clean solid lifts w/ great form.

For all of you who have used the Hammer strength, do you count 85%-90% of the weight in comparison to a free flat bench? I ask because the Hammer strength is always a little easier.

I believe could of gotten up to 450 but burned myself leading up to 435... I want to set a goal of 500lb by Summer, maybe May time frame.

Also, I was out on the roads at 4am, not problems with night vision yet and hopefully things stay this way.

Was the trail run for recovery or just for cardio? If I'm going for recovery or long duration slower pace I use breathing through my nose as a self-limiting factor. Workouts are looking boss, bro, just wait 'til the S-4 starts to kick in :)

Thanks Travis,

The trail run was just cardio, I think it was just an off day. I will remember that technique.

Today my running was GREAT!

Tuesday 2/4/2014 Day 8

Today I did a 55 min run (outdoors), and it was great. I didn't calculate the distance, maybe I'll drive it tomorrow but the best thing is that I could of kept going. I wasn't very fatigued at all.

@ Travis, maybe it's starting to kick in, hopefully I can keep this up.

Conclusion: I feel great, no sides yet

Conclusion
Still feeling great, I think I will hit cardio hard tomorrow. I'm not only feeling better with cardio, but my muscular strength and endurance is improving and recovery time for next set.Today on Squats, I limited my self to 30-45 sec breaks. Deadlift to Box Jumps were great. I'm liking the results so far, and I know there's more improvement coming. I'm still dosing 50mg, maybe I should see if I can handle 70mg...

I just did box jumps today for my Cardarine log, will be updating it soon. Those are some of the most brutal exercises out there.
