Does it matter if you eat the same source of protein most of the day?
(i.e 3 to 4 meal)

Or is it better to make sure you get protein from different types of food? and if so why?

that is a lot of meat if you are eating 3-4 times a day. it is completely unnecessary. i will eat meat once a day or EOD. if you consume that much meat i promise you will end up like every other dude in their 40's who has a gut health dysfunction

the more you up your food/protein intake, the less efficient your body will become. remember that. if you have a healthy gut/body you can eat way less than someone else who doesn't with BETTER absorption.

hope that answers your question

Yeah you dont want to be just throwing meat into your body all day everyday. You will start to have gut health issues which can lead to so many issues down the road. Look to find protein in other sources like nuts and legumes.
