My job is to make points and the point here was you CAN have a prescription drug with NO prescription and not in your name. I wasn't saying that was the case here. Just pointing out that contrary to the whining going on here it is LEGAL and POSSIBLE!

A doctor could give you a sample of viagra and there would not be a prescription associated with it

And that sample would not have anyone's name on it, let alone two different people neither whom is the person carrying it, nor would the sample be in an Rx bottle at that, instead it would be in the promotional packet.

Your point, in regards to the issue is completely irrelevant. Instead of spinning "what is" or "what could be", look at the fucking news article and see "what was."
