Rush Limbaugh busted for illegal drugs again. So much for morals...

He didn't want anyone to know he had dick problems. How embarassing.
Which is exactly why he wants some anonymity in his prescriptions. Some pharmacist (or hotel maid, or trash man, etc. etc.) could easily get ahold of a bottle of Viagra with his name on it and try to publicly embarass him.

Instead it was TSA and a possible felony? From embarassing to stupid.

I don't think he did anything that wrong from what I've heard. I think the drug laws are too strict. The thing is...... that he supposedly made a comment that anyone who uses illegal drugs should spend a lot of time in prison. I don't like the man's views, I think he has major issues.

Going to the Dominican Republic with Viagra..... HAHHAHHA. He has issues alright.

Unheard of.

Hell they could have arrested him for theft as he was possessing a substance not in his name.

Clearly you aren't a lawyer.

You can't get arrested for theft with no theft has occured. But keep trying.

The only legal question is whether he was in rightful possession, which he was. There is no law mandating that anyone keep their pills in a pharmacy bottle. If he kept them in a little plastic pill pouch would you have then sentenced him to the death penalty lol.

The only legal obligation he need meet is having them issued by a licensed physician. By your logic anyone given medication directly by their physician, which happens every day, should be arrested for drug felony charges.

Once again you let your agenda decide your conclusions.

i don't have to be a lawyer, the past 5 years in the medical field tells me everything I need to know.

rather than debate a dead issue as you are wrong, just read what the sheriff said in regards to the law.

in case you didn't read (apparently) there were two names on the bottle and neither was his.

Look up the words "busted", "again" and "Illegal" and get back to me.

Gee it's like giving homework to my 9 year old!

Look up what tadhealth posted and show me where tadhealth said those words. You quoted him and remarked he was an ass.

How does it feel to be an ass? Too funny.

Such a shame when your own posts comes back to pwn you. Still can't step up to the plate?
