The last school I attended mandated health insurance. You didn't have to go through them, but they had a deal set up with a company and if you went with someone else, you had to prove your coverage was at least equal to the plan they had arranged. It was just easier to go with the schools plan.

now i'm starting to see Ms. Fluke's point more and more. Astounding this hasn't been explained in the media in full.

1. great, then find a healthcare provider that has a plan more suited for her sexual health needs
2. see answer 1, nobody is forcing her to accept G.U's health insurance, she can find a different better program (she probably knew about this before accepting a scholarship there, surely she could've gotten a scholarship somewhere else that wasn't a catholic shool)
