So last year I ran seven half marathons, two 10Ks, one Tough Mudder and had a great time. This year I'm changing up my routine. I'm backing off on how many HMs I run (I'm only doing 4 this year) and placing an emphasis on conditioning for mountain runs w/ weights. Those of you who have had military training might understand. Anyway...I recently acquired a weight vest so here I am w/ 32 lbs strapped on with a 6% incline...I ran 4 miles in this thing...and felt every vertical foot of it...LOL!
