Row help

Hey guys,
I've been doing the 5x5 and when it comes to the rows, I've stalled out. I'm at 230lbs but I am always having trouble with the last 2 or 3. The other lifts I'm doing fine progressing upward. Is there any assistance lifts I could do to get my rows up? Thanks.

Jeff

You could try swapping them out for power shrugs, high pulls, or cleans.

I wouldn't sweat your row progression so long as your squat/bench/dead are increasing.

You could try letting your form loosen a little and powering the weight up until you can do 230x5 strict form.

I don't do them myself because I find them so hard, I find it hard to keep my legs stable while they are bent I always end up driving with my quads at the beginning otherwise I would do them myself for sure right now I'm doing more of a yates row but a little more bent over

What gives out is the muscle nn the top of the forearm. I've been dealing with some sort of tendonitus in it and it kills me on the heavier weights. I can pull the weight up to my stomach on my left side but my right(with the tendonitus) side, my arm just hurts like hell to bend it. I'd use straps so I could relax my grip but I don't feel looking like a puss would help :)
