I am going to Basic next summer for the Marine Corp, and the PFT test requires a 3 mile run, pushups, pullups, situps, and dips.
I was wandering if anyone here has tips on improving one's pullups and run. I want to get a jump on it because this is to be an Officer and my results will effect me. Thanks
