Routine check, please

Hey guys, this is a routine that I am about to try in a few days or so when my back is well again ( I injured it doing deads last Thursday), any opinions/ critique is welcome:
*= warm up set
Monday:
Squats : 10*,8*, 5x3
Glute ham raises: 4x5-6
Incline bench: 2-3x8-10
Dips: 2 sets to failure
rows: 2-3x8-10
Pullups: 2 sets- failure
Hanging Leg Raises 3-4x15
(a few sets of dumbbell side laterals? 2-10?)

Wednesday:
Deadlifts: 10*,8*, 5x3
Flat bb bench: 10*, 8*, 5x3
Military press: 10*, 5x3
Heavy rows: 10*, 5x3
Weighted decline situps: 4x12-15
(calves?) 5x20?

Friday:
Squats: 10*,8*, 8
Stepups: 4x6-8
Incline bench: 2-3x8-10
Dips: 2 sets to failure
rows: 2-3x8-10
Pullups: 2 sets- failure
Preacher curls: 2x8-10
Turkish getups 4x5-6
 
oh sorry, i didn't follow the format all the way through it's reps x sets, and everything else was just sets x reps (4x6 for the glute ham raises for instance) so a warm up set of 10, and a warm up of 8 and 3 working sets of heavier weight at 5 reps each.
