Volume is starting to kick in. Can really feel it. Body loves to lay down and fall asleep rather easily now after workout. This is week 2 of 8 for the competition peaking cycle. First 4 week phase is just overloading with volume and increasing weights substantially each week by 10% on the three main lifts. Week 4 is going to be a major challenge but I am up to it. Will be moving some serious weight for 5x5 on all three lifts. Hopefully the 1600mg per week of injectables kicks in big time in the next 10 days. I need it. LOL.
