Sounds good enjoy the training mate!These are my planned 5x5 numbers on week 4.
Squat 475x5x5
Bench 335x5x5
Deadlift 600x5x5
By doing that I should be able to taper to 20% higher weight on all the lifts after a 3-4 week taper. They would give me 565 squat 400 bench and 720 deadlift. I am going to up my doses to above 1500mg per week on injections to make sure I hit those numbers. Will also use 30-40mg superdrol per day and the final week 50mg test suspension pre workout and on meet day.
