i noticed weight creeping up a bit bro this you think is creatine right?
Bodyweight is actually going down. It goes up as much as 3-5 lbs depending on if I shit or not before weighing that day. I almost broke 239 the other day. Weight should continue dropping each week now that today's dose of PED was half what I have been taking.

First workout in 6 days and last time we deadlifted or did any back was 13 days ago. Did pretty good worked way up to attempt 655 on deadlift and got it to knee level. Not bad considering ive tapered my doses to a third on most things and half on test. Two more weeks and then we fire up the doses again with some tren and masteron combined with the primo, Test, and NPP. Cant wait to see the poundages skyrocked again for a couple months. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

Sooner or later it will come. I'm actually pretty damn happy I'm holding strength while losing fat and most importantly on 1/3 of the gear for the next 2 weeks. Things about to get interesting when I start this in two weeks.

in 2 weeks thats a clean cycle you keeping tren low
 
Still yet to try superdrol got some on hand but always took the anadrol/halo routine..

Hows T3 what's the benefits?
Haven't started it yet. If I feel I want to bump up metabolism I will add it in.

Pretty excited how things are going atm. Weight has finally broken the 239 level all while strength is going sideways during my health phase. Things really going to start rocking in two weeks when PED use goes up triple. Cant wait for this upcoming strength peaking cycle. Should be one for the books. Going to put everything I have into it. I want to make a statement at the powerlifting comp and to be known by everyone as a threat. I am not only looking to break records next year I am looking to shatter them. As long as I keep small linear gains without gaining too much weight too fast I believe its all possible. I think when people go up to fast thats when problems arise health wise. Ok everyone have a great weekend. BTW my wife absolutely smoked it today in the gym. 165 lbs close grip bench for 3 sets of 8. She actually got 9 on the 3rd set. She is also back down to around 138 lbs so its looking likely she will make the 132 weight class in July. Cant wait to see her bench 225 at 132 lbs. Ok everyone lets get Strong AF!!!

Pretty excited how things are going atm. Weight has finally broken the 239 level all while strength is going sideways during my health phase. Things really going to start rocking in two weeks when PED use goes up triple. Cant wait for this upcoming strength peaking cycle. Should be one for the books. Going to put everything I have into it. I want to make a statement at the powerlifting comp and to be known by everyone as a threat. I am not only looking to break records next year I am looking to shatter them. As long as I keep small linear gains without gaining too much weight too fast I believe its all possible. I think when people go up to fast thats when problems arise health wise. Ok everyone have a great weekend. BTW my wife absolutely smoked it today in the gym. 165 lbs close grip bench for 3 sets of 8. She actually got 9 on the 3rd set. She is also back down to around 138 lbs so its looking likely she will make the 132 weight class in July. Cant wait to see her bench 225 at 132 lbs. Ok everyone lets get Strong AF!!!

Looks like this is the start of week 1 of the comp cycle. The plan is to do 30-40 lb jumps on squats and deadlifts each week for 5x5 until I hit 475 on squat for a 5x5 and 600 on deadlift for a 5x5. Wont be upping doses until later next week but getting volume in and doing 5x5 on all the three main lifts for the next 4 weeks and then the final half of the cycle will be a 4 week taper doing triples and doubles. Might not do any singles until we hit the stage. Save the singles for the meet. Nothing wrong with doing 95% 1RM for sets of 2 instead. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

@RoidRage69 very nice man. my ex wife was an athlete too but i feel bad cause i never supported her. i didn't like that she wanted to 'with the boys' if that makes sense. i would forbid her from training at the gym unless i was present. didn't like when men stared at her and would choke them out. got kicked out of many gyms cause of it and had charges pressed a few times. its good that you have a more progressive mindset

Had a good week 1 for Bench. Was nice and light will be going up 20 lbs per week for the next 4 weeks on 5x5 and then switching to triples and doubles and singles for the taper. Hoping to hit near 400 by end of cycle. Wide grip was way too light. Next week will be going up to 245 for sets of 8 and then increase 20 lbs per week as well as flat bench. Close grip bench will probably go up by 10 lbs per week as it is towards end of the session when things are fried. Ok everyone have a nice week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

8 weeks out. Perfect amount of time to blast the body for 4 weeks and taper for 4.

Lower back feels good. I got it really strong doing heavy RDL the last couple months. Worked my way up to 545 for sets of 4 on RDL after doing my working sets of 600+ on conventional deadlifts.

@RoidRage69 i would look into tirzepatide or retatrutide transition in the future. they are more effective in studies and have less side effects. you will like those better. semaglutide is just GLP-1 agonist. that is it. but tirzepatide is GLP-1 and GIP. and reta is both of those things plus on top GCG which are glucagon receptors too. its triply effective

I don't think it's wise to use more than 200mg Tren for a 55 year old. 200 is enough for preserving muscle mass while in deficit. I have plenty other things in my cycle that is synergistic.

I don't think it's wise to use more than 200mg Tren for a 55 year old. 200 is enough for preserving muscle mass while in deficit. I have plenty other things in my cycle that is synergistic.

I was 255 March 15th. I am 237 now. Haven't lost an ounce of muscle. I'm not a glycogen loaded bodybuilder who loses lots of weight fast. I don't lose muscle while bodybuilders lose tons of not of it.

Volume is starting to kick in. Can really feel it. Body loves to lay down and fall asleep rather easily now after workout. This is week 2 of 8 for the competition peaking cycle. First 4 week phase is just overloading with volume and increasing weights substantially each week by 10% on the three main lifts. Week 4 is going to be a major challenge but I am up to it. Will be moving some serious weight for 5x5 on all three lifts. Hopefully the 1600mg per week of injectables kicks in big time in the next 10 days. I need it. LOL.
