Reverse Bench Today

Well it was arm day today, and like I said earlier in the week my partner has been dying to do reverse benches for triceps. I try to incorporate new things in our workouts to mix things up once in a while. So I said," OK LITTLE GUY , we'll give it a shot." Did them on the Smith machine, 3 sets of 225x10, not too bad. The wrists felt a little sore but I'll see if that will stop and if adding these in the mix will be a plus. Also did dumbell kickbacks instead of rope pulldowns. I forgot what I was missing. Nothing like finishing the tris off with kicks.
 
that's what I'm talking about bro....every body always makes fin of me because I finish of with kickbacks.....every now and then I'll finish off with dips....but I like the other method better.

It's all about what works for you. It's Sunday night and I did these two exercises on Friday morning and I'm still pumped and sore! I have people tell me that I overtrain too, but if I'm gaining size and strength I guess my method is working. BTW, I got some nice new stretch marks popping up also!

Actually, it was kind of an open hand grip with the thumbs parallel to the bar. This was on the Smith machine so I could do it like this. I don't know about a barbell though.
