Well it was arm day today, and like I said earlier in the week my partner has been dying to do reverse benches for triceps. I try to incorporate new things in our workouts to mix things up once in a while. So I said," OK LITTLE GUY , we'll give it a shot." Did them on the Smith machine, 3 sets of 225x10, not too bad. The wrists felt a little sore but I'll see if that will stop and if adding these in the mix will be a plus. Also did dumbell kickbacks instead of rope pulldowns. I forgot what I was missing. Nothing like finishing the tris off with kicks.
