Repairing injured foot sarms

I was surfing 10 days ago and a hard wave hit me and I must have slammed my foot into the sand because it is in a lot of pain. It is the back of the foot along the Achilles. it still has not healed and is getting worse if anything.

which sarms can I take to help heal this injury cuz I want to get back out there soon
