Im starting a bulking cycle to in 1.5 weeks. I was wondering what are the different ways to reduce water retention during this period, about 2 months. I have a tendedncy to hold a lot of water in my stomach, and really want to keep it as low as possible.

Im 205 pounds, 13-15% BF. I will be taking 1-test and 4-ad, 4000 going up to 5000 calories over 8 weeks, the 1-test/4-ad will be for 6-8 weeks, not sure yet. 300+ grams of protein a day.

salt causes water retention.

I think the best way to prevent retention, is to drink a shitload of water.

If your body doesn't need the water, it won't retain it.

Kentucky is right, keep sodium levels low
maybe watch your dairy intake
dandelion root and other diuertics may help such as coffee, even cucumber has a mild diuretic effect.

increase ratio of sodium:potassium

that stack you're taking is going to bloat you up, regardless of your sodium intake (i think its the 4ad that does that, correct me if im wrong) .. just drink a lot of water to minimize any bloat.

I know Testosterone, Dbol, Deca and a few other AAS cause water retention...since you're taking PH's i think that would be a reason to worry about holding water since their similar to AAS(true?!)...food by itself doesn't cause that much bloat, and can be easily countered by increased water intake, plus you could use natural diuretics like dandellion root, green tea, caffeine...that's all unless your bulking diet is taking place at chinese/mexican restaurant or pizza house...then you'll be a balloon of water - all that sodium
