Well, after last week's failed deadlift PR attempt, I decided I wasn't going to try again for a few weeks ... Until today. I was thinking about it today a little bit, saying to myself, "Should I try again?" ... "No no no, rest, get stronger, pull a new PR in a couple weeks ..."

Anyway, long story short, I pulled a new PR tonight. By the time I got to deads, I was sweating profusely, very tired from my chest and tri workout:

Incline DB press
warmups: 50s, 70s, 85s
working: 95s for 8, then 2.

Skullcrushers
warmups: 45, 55, 75
working: 115 for 11, then 5.

So, I went over to do some deads, with the testosterone flowin' like wine. I pulled:

135 for 3
185 for 3
225 for 3
275 for 1
315 for 1
335 for 1
365 for 1
385 for 1. NEW PR!!
Got ballsy and tried 405 again. Surprisingly, I got it about an inch to an inch and a half off the floor, but it was too much, and had to drop it. With some hard work, I think it could be mine in a few weeks. I think I'll try again in like 6 weeks.

Thanks to all, from my previous thread, who had confidence in me pulling a new PR. Tonight wasn't 405, but I was fatigued from not starting the night off with deads.
