I forgot to put in here that I went to a body works exhibit this past weekend at the science museum. It was SOOOOoooo Neat!!! Never thought I would say that about dead bodies, but it was amazing! Also helped give me a better perspective on the body, despite some mislabeling of muscles :rollseyes: that I discovered. If you have never seen one, Go!

Back feels good after yesterday and the switch from SLDL’s last week to ham curls.. so far so good ;)

Ran out of glutamine a week ago and decided to just see a difference, if I could. YES I can. Recovery has been A lot slower!!! So definitely know exactly why I take that. Noticed muscle soreness sticks around a lot longer, and the joints (despite taking the joint formula) also began to ache!

Resume is complete! My sister-n-law formatted it all. I should be seeing about that hopefully tomorrow morning.
We are doing a trade for services. She is helping me with pamphlets and getting a web site etc. for me. I am putting together a weight loss plan. She finally has a gym membership. I got a e-mail that Said "YEAHHHHHH "in 30 block font with "I lost 4 pounds in the first week!" Just had to reassure her on initial loss's being quick, and to take some dang pictures, lol

My husband and I really wanted to go to the body exhibit when it was in NYC. Our friends refused to go, though, because it freaked them out. :rolleyes: We should have just made them wait outside! LOL!!
 
tre-how is the no explode going for ya? better then the trac? i might be picking some up soon....

Back was good this a.m. Lower back actually was sore = unusual. So she did some mobz, and worked a bit on the right side mid-thoracic area. And I feel like I can move ;)
Gave her my resume, and maybe Friday I’ll get to meet the owner. Not really pushing the whole thing at this point. As I need to get through the next couple months. My schedule looks heinous. Trying to get everything worked in before my mind goes during my cut. So over-time. I think May-June would be an excellent time to cut back to part-time here at work, and work their part-time. Working towards my ’07, and long-term goals ;)
We’ll see.

You should have!!!!! It was great! The only thing I wish they would have had an example of a body throwing a baseball. The twisting and extension of the spine up close so you could look at the deep rotators of the spine in action.
Also, a section of the neck with the extensors cut away so I could see the deep lateral (rock and tilt) muscles of the neck.

I personally like the trac better. NO Explode seems over rated. I even took a break off of NO2 products before I started using it. The blue raspberry tastes great mixed in with the blue power ade. I just don't get the same affects off the stuff though.
I'm trying the RED BLAST from the EF store next so we'll see the comparisons.

Closed = Look for an expiration date there should be one on the container. Then open and look at it. Does it have a wierd smell? or does it clump? It should be a fine sandy powder. If it's not I would just go buy some new stuff...

I didnt get a chance to go the city to see it. I wonder if it's still around? I say signs for it last week when I was out of town though.. SO wanted to go!!

You are 2-3 times as busy as I am but school starting on the 22nd? .. It's going to kill me with FT job, I don't know how you do all you do... it's quite amazing Treil Happy Hump Day!
