I see that you're planning on doing HIIT tonight. Can you tell me what you eat before, how long before and what you eat afterwards? I need to move my cardio to evenings more, so I won't be able to do it on an empty stomach as much.
Well I don't use it on my clients... but it could be. After the back is thoroughly warmed I suppose finishing off the massage to loosen the the attachments along the spine would work great. I am borrowing mine from a friend and actually use it in a hard way to explain. I take it lay it on the floor, and lay on it. I breath into my back and wait for the muscles to give. As they give I slowly slide it up about 1/2 inch to an inch to get a little stretch and to also hit almost the next attachment point on each vertebrae. Then afterwards (30 minutes) or so... I do a spinal twist exercise which usally cracks my back up pretty good in each direction. SBT has never had her back to crack and I showed her how to do this and it worked. It's because her erectors are so tight.HiDinGoD said:I've heard of a wedge being used in, ahhh, other athletic pursuits, but how is it used in Massage?
