;) Thanks I just updated my daily post with my weights. No 355 malfunction with SLDL's but a lop sided weight attack at one point :lmao:

Calves are tight, walking up the stairs not working really well my legzzz feel like a 100 pounds each. I know you know the feeling!! lol It was fun to see people stop and stare at us in all our weights.... I love heavy weights.. although they don't necessarily love muhaaa Humfff

PHYSICAL THERAPY =
Back was bad this weekend, hardly walking on Saturday, I know this time it has to be the deads from Friday. Soooooooooo I’m taking sldl’s out for awhile and adding in lying ham curls on elbows for first exercise, and keeping Romanian’s as my second.
I saw my girl this a.m. and she even said my erectors, and QL on my right side were pretty bad. So she did some mobz and it’s a bit better, just achey.

MASSAGE THERAPY =
I had work Saturday and Sunday. Saturday unfortunately I just had my arm done (student was learning), but yesterday I had quite the intense back work done. Even though I technically get massaged, not all massages are necessarily good ones. This one was o.k.

I have a 1 hour session this afternoon. Since I had my rt lower leg worked on to the bone this weekend it has been very sore. BUT it's the same ankle that I lacerated all my peroneal tendons when I was 12yso and since that time I have had a decreased ROM. This has affected me on calf exercises. Well I have increased ROM since she worked on me and I was able to jump 25 pounds yesterday because of it.

NOTES =
Got my results back from my NSCA PT cert and I passed ;) I did the best in program design, and the worst was in legal issues.

;) Here you go: I take it for the reasons listed below but it also helps with ADHD, and LORD knows when I begin dieting down that definitely is brought out! There are other articles that state long-term use has shortened the life-span in quail, but they don't know how that extrapolates to humans. So that's why I don't take it year around. Just when I need it. Not that I think humans can be related to quail....


DMAE Info
DMAE Has Many Positive Effects

1. What are they and where do they come from?

DMAE - Dimethylaminoethanol - is an antioxidant and a precursor of the neurotransmitter Acetycholine (ACh). Acetycholine is responsible for feelings of well-being and relaxation.

It plays an important role in the onset of a dreaming state. DMAE is available in supplement form. It can be consumed orally, or used as a cream topically.

2. What does it do and what scientific studies give evidence to support this?

Although the science has not yet reached a conclusive, supportable, position on the exact function(s) of DMAE, anecdotal evidence suggests that DMAE supplementation is very beneficial. For example, DMAE may be helpful in improving memory and learning ability.

DMAE supplementation has been known to increase energy levels. It may also have positive benefits for dreaming and mood stabilization.2,3


3. Who needs it and what are some symptoms of deficiency?

There are no known symptoms of deficiency. Everyone can benefit from supplementing with DMAE. Populations that may benefit most from the supplementation of DMAE include: The Elderly, Athletes, and individuals who wish to use DMAE for its cosmetic applications.

Increased energy levels are something that athletes require. High-intensity physical activity is very demanding. By supplementing with DMAE, athletes may notice shorter recovery times and improved athletic performance. DMAE also plays a role in muscle contractions (by being a precursor to ACh).4

DMAE, as mentioned, also has a cosmetic application. While it is not a "facelift in a bottle", DMAE can serve to tighten the skin when applied topically. This may reduce the appearance of aging. Individuals with a PABA (Para-Amino-benzoic-acid) allergy should avoid supplementing with DMAE because DMAE is a chemical relative of PABA.

4. How much should be taken? Are there any side effects?

DMAE is non-toxic and is safe for human use. However, it is recommended that label directions always be followed. Overdosing with DMEA can result in insomnia, headaches and muscle tension. Persons suffering from Alzheimer's disease, depression, or other psychiatric conditions should consult a physician prior to supplementing with DMAE.

5. Where can I get it?

Getting resume together this weekend, and talking with the owner at the physical therapy place for a part-time position next week. Pretty much I will be doing Massage therapy part-time, and PT programs for physical therapy clients, and monitoring them on the machines that they have. My PT girl is recommending me to them. We’ll see how this all works out.
