Back was bad this weekend, hardly walking on Saturday, I know this time it has to be the deads from Friday. Soooooooooo I’m taking sldl’s out for awhile and adding in lying ham curls on elbows for first exercise, and keeping Romanian’s as my second.
I saw my girl this a.m. and she even said my erectors, and QL on my right side were pretty bad. So she did some mobz and it’s a bit better, just achey.
MASSAGE THERAPY =
I had work Saturday and Sunday. Saturday unfortunately I just had my arm done (student was learning), but yesterday I had quite the intense back work done. Even though I technically get massaged, not all massages are necessarily good ones. This one was o.k.
