Tried something new per Buns suggestion, but I discovered that step mill makes me motion sick! I could go higher in levels in way of cardio, but I think I would have gotten sick on the thing from the movement ‘cuz I have to watch the stairs. I think it is back to the Elyptical, sprints, and tread for me. :rolleyes:

I just generally can't do the stair master cause I can't figure the darn thing out LOL.
