Lemon juice
Green peppers
2 slices of dempster's whole grain bread
Mix the tuna with the olive oil and lemon juice. Put on lightly toasted bread top with slices of green pepper.
Carbs: 45g of low GI carbs
Protein: 45g of protein (10 from the bread)
Fat: 20g (practically no saturated fat.)
