Rack deadlifts done from knee height feel like cheating. For people who do them, what height are your pins at, and do you execute it just like regular deadlift with knee extension, or just lower back?

I set it to where the bottom of the bar is 17-18" from the floor...

B True

I usually put the pins so that the bar sits just under my knee caps...

I havnt done them in a while but used to LOVE them.... totally strengthened my lower back

Put the pins where your weakness is! Might be different for everyone here. If you fail just above the knee, place the pin right below that so you are pulling right from the start of your weakness.

Spatts, what if my weakness is at the bottom, should i do speed deadlifts???

I use the bottom pin which hits me at the top of my shin, I sit back though so that I get the hip work and placement of a normal dead
