Ok I've noticed lately that after about 5 or so minutes of fast walking on the treadmill I'm already seriously sweating...after a 45 minute session of fast paced walking/jogging I'm literally soaked! A woman on the treadmill next to me was going at about the same pace and incline but wasn't sweating nearly half as much, I know everyone's body is different, but I heard that if your body responds quickly this way its usually an indication that you're in good shape , is this true? I always thought the opposite...
