okay, i know this is a very basic and probably retarded question, but im going to buy my first tub of protein tomorrow, and im wondering exactly what the deal is with it...
im new,obviously, and i was wondering when i should take it...i was reading and it said "Suggested use:
Mix 1 heaping scoop of 100% Whey Protein with 6-8 oz. of water or skim milk. Take 2-3 servings daily."
so do i want to take it when i wake up, when i get home from school, and after i get home from the gym? or can i get away with only taking it twice, and if so when would I?
