Question about my bodyfat

Ok guys i have been 10% my whole life. Right now im on cycle and im 205lbs10% BF.

My question is when I flex I look RIPPED, but when I dont flex I have no definition?? Even though im 10% BF I dont have the cts or vascularity when im not flexing. Is there a way to get this without having to drop more bodyfat? Any supps/steroids that give you that look that you are cut up without flexing?

I might be holding atr right now too because of my cycle but this happens off cycle as well.
 
I have an opinion, which is based on my own experience... If I remember from your other posts, you're a lot younger than I am... I could never get any vascularity; no matter how low body fat (I've been as low as 129 lbs at 6' , which I'm estimating was in the 2%-3% bf range; sickly unhealthy). I had no veins then, and didn't see them 'til I turned 40. Now I have veins everywhere; abs included. But if it's age, I'll trade you my veins for your age, LOL... This is the same issue as with young bros trying to get peaked traps. Not going to happen in most cases. I don't know why, but even when you see huge teen competitors, they have small traps. As soon as I got into my mid 30s, I got great traps without any new work.

So long story short, maybe be glad you're still too young for something, because Bro, you will look back some day and wish you could lose the vascularity and definition for youth! On the other hand, I can look like I'm flexing when I'm not, and the definition is there all the time. But as you say, it wasn't there unless I was pumped or flexed, until I was into my 30s and 40s.

well im 10% measured 5 days ago and im also like him although i have some vascularity but would like to see opinions too

Thanks bro! You may be right on the money with that one...I know most "men" get that man strength that you dont have as a kid. Also most young guys look "soft". I actually look preety good and hard. Ill post some pics and you guys can decide. Ill do some flexing, and some not flexing

EM - maybe unflexed im not 10% but when I flex I d3ef have a 6 pack....

steve - i look good either way lol but good advice! I always seem to sneak in a flex or pose when someones takin a pic :biggrin:
 
I think it could be the extra water weight you are holding from being on cycle. That would enough to make you look a little bloated unflexed
 
I have 4-pack at 15% when flexing, but at 10% I have a full 5-pack(last one is harder to show, genetic thing for me) unflexed.

Most people underestimate their bodyfat. Unless it's a dexa-scan, take it with a grain of salt, mirror doesn't give a damn about numbers.
 
its very genetic, however substance use does play a role

wen i was 14-15%bf a fair time ago i still maintained bicep and deltoid splits and veins everywhere running through my forearms

now i have veins continuosly through ym body at about 11%bf, but one thing ive defenetaly noticed is wen i use tren i get spider webs of veins running through my quads (especialy on the tear drop) and biceps, not to mention my forearms,

n wen i say spider webs worths of veins i mean it, my gf freaks out wen she looks at my quads, i even a few new thick ones through my triceps and calves,

HOWEVER wen i come off tren i loose all these veins within a week, i still have a lot of veins but nothing compared to wen i hit the tren

theres one thing thats worked for me, not saying jump on the tren, but just letting you know one thing thats always worked for me

Ive got good shoulder separation when flexing lol...but not flexing my arm just look s"big". Its weird. I havent tried tren yet because I feel like its bad for your heart and im young so if i dont have to mess with that stuff yet i dont want to.....
